With more than eight years experience in real estate & property development, Licensed Estate Agent Gary Cakir offers considerable expertise in the marketing and management of complex property transactions.

Gary's strong clientele base come from all regions surrounding Melbourne; where he has sold all property types, from CBD apartments, prestigious family homes, to retail shops & large scale industrial sites.

His various qualifications include a Diploma in Accounting, Diploma in Management and an Advanced Certificate in Property.

Gary is certified with the Real Estate Institute of Victoria and is an accomplished and highly entertaining Auctioneer; having conducted more than a hundred auctions during his career. He is the Principal of Alpha Timor TM where his leadership & experience are extremely well regarded.
